Ok, as it's a spoiler thread.

Twins BOTH lived, and went home two weeks later. It was scary as some surgeon tried to get rik and michael to sacrifice a twin but they refused.
Then the twins hearts went and all we saw was connie and elliot trying to restart them, then Cullen almost crying walking down the ward. I was covinced they were dead, but Mark got a phone call, donna said 'is it darwin?' he said THEY DID IT.
Some surgeon kept trying it on with Maria, it later turned out he was aaron that had emailed her, they got it on.
oh and instead of the board making jayne resign three other people did, she kept her job, and the board(?) agreed to fund the op so the abuser guy was given his money back and told thanks, but no thanks.

lola was made redundant.
