Bit surprised there wasn't a thread on this already but I just thought he was so great. It's lovely to watch a legend and not be disappointed at all - Well worth watching on iplayer if you can.

Apart from the poncey lyrics / poem bit which was slightly too cheesetastic for my liking, I thought he was great.

I thought he was lovely and so natural and very self-deprecating, making jokes about his blindness. I've loved SW since forever and was able to sing along to all the songs - especially as I've had one of his cds in the car for the last couple of months. He truly is a musical genius. When you listen to some of his tracks and then discover that he played all the instruments, it's just amazing.

I just hope I can get up and dance and the arena isn't full of old farts who want to sit down the whole evening.
