Why is Ryan not a CSI now?
Why is Tripp back in uniform

Can't seem to find out from websites.

Ryan had a gambling problem?

He couldn't account for some money in his account. He had more money that he should have had. He wasn't broke.

I don't know why he couldn't just say he won it though. Gambling doesn't get you sacked does it? And why were his work allowed to look through his bank account records anyway?

Ryan was involded in some dodgy offshore gambling.
Not sure about Tripp.

Tripp remains a mystery!

Tripp has been promoted to sergeant. No vacancies for sergeant in Homicide department so he is back in uniform until he can move back to Homicide again.
