watching last weeks BBC via the internet - how do i do it?

I would love to see the BBC coverage and commentary of the 200 m men's final (we were on holiday and so could only watch Eurosport). I'm sure I must be able to get it via the internet somehow but I can't work out how. Any help gratefully received.

you need to google iplayer, and it's prety instant when you have chosen what u want.
