Top Gear Best of BBC2 now. Why were those 2 audience members pixellated out at the beginning?

With a 'censored' message on screen ? They also pixellated James May pretending to smoke a pipe in the same clip.

Have I missed something ?

1. cos when you are on TV you have to sign a form to say you agree to your image being used - perhaps between the original broadcast and now they have withdrawn their permission OR they were not supposed to be there in original broadcast for some reason

I am not watching it btw so am just guessing

It was due to James to smoking the pipe - they got some "complaints" about them smoking in the workplace and so decided to highlight this with the pixles!!
