That Lady had staff with terrible attitudes, very jobsworthy, especially the older one with bad hair.

I liked that when asked about days off she said "if you want one" and that her staff "save them up." Says all you need to know about her!

I think Patricia would be better suited to Lady Swinton.

I thought Al did a good job of handling that party. White hair man has looked a gift horse in the mouth there. I wonder how long after making the program it took his daughters to do a swift u turn and beg him to re-advertise! Lazy sods.
