My DD loves the wiggles ! I also (very sad...need to get more) think they are very good as kids entertainers . What do others think ?

You'll find a big Wiggles Fan Club on here.
Unfortunately my DS has now outgrown them...oh how I miss Captain Feathersword...

southeastastra · 04/07/2008 15:24

they were just singing brown girl in the ring, so at least they're changing their repetoire a bit.

StarSparkle · 04/07/2008 15:39

Hee hee ! The Wiggles are among the few kids entertainers that i find dont patronise kids.

My DD has found a love of dancing and singing since watching them.... she is more capitvated by them then anything of the same on ceebeeies !

The Wiggles are performing in Bournemouth at the moment!

rislip · 04/07/2008 15:44

We're going to see them on sunday. My DD is totally enthralled by them.

PertweeAndLemon · 04/07/2008 15:46

We're going to see them at the Hammersmith Apollo tomorrow.

DS loves them. I approve in principle, but after a couple of years am beginning to weary of having them on what seems like a constant loop . Still better than most of the alternatives, though.

I miss The Wiggles! Dts will sometimes watch their dvds and we went to see them in Glasgow a couple of years ago - it was brilliant fun if I do say so myself!

Yes, Captain Feathersword...there is something rather nice about him. I haven't even see the new "yellow" since Greg left.

StarSparkle · 06/07/2008 20:26

Saw the wiggles today at hammersmith apollo ! My DD loved every minute...and so did I ! A great day out ! Go Wiggles !

I was there too with DD. They are fantastic

Sam was a reasonable substitute for Greg!

naswm · 06/07/2008 20:40

my DS1 was mad on the wiggles when he was small. We have all the dvds - what happened to Greg?

gingeme · 06/07/2008 20:45

Having only discovered them a couple of months ago my ds's absolutely love them and dance and sing along with them. My ds3 often goes around singing The Chicken Song.
Dh says they look like Star Trek cast offs

Hulababy · 06/07/2008 20:54

DD is too old for them now. But we did go and see them a couple of years ago, and it was great fun for the children.

FruitynNutty · 06/07/2008 20:58

We've got the hilarious "Crocodile Hunter" Wiggles DVD. I loved Steve Irwin and this is him at his greatest
DS LOVES this DVD

purlease · 06/07/2008 21:20

naswm Greg had to leave due to illness. Sam is now the yellow wiggle.

I must look for the crocodile hunter dvd because Christmas wiggles in July is getting a bit much

jetgirl · 16/07/2008 21:45

We saw them in Bournemouth - they were amazing! I think I loved them more than DD who was a bit freaked out at first, I think she just thought we were going to watch the DVD!
Anthony is my favourite - swoon!

cornsilk · 16/07/2008 21:47

I can't bear them.
