Signora Volpe - Was so looking forward to watching the third series.

Unfortunately, it comes with seemingly unremovable audio description.
We have been on several internet guides with tutorials showing how to remove this issue, but each time we try, the required fix is a button that is ‘unavailable’.
So disappointing.
Audio description is a wonderful addition to the enjoyment of people with sight problems. Hopelessly distracting if you don’t need it though.

We tried to watch this show on Acorn (which is on our prime account). Our tv is a fairly new Samsung.
Has anyone successfully managed to remove this issue?

I watched episode 1 yesterday and didn't have this problem

But bizarrely had this problem with a different programme at the weekend. Have you managed to access the subtitle/accessibility programme at all? I can't navigate using the arrows to it on Acorn. But do you have a Options at the top, right of the screen. I found a star/ button on my remote opens the accessibility options on Acorn.

Also - in the past - several problems have been solved by pulling the TV plug out for 5 minutes.

Hi
thanks for your replies.
We were able to watch it today without any problems. I can only assume that someone responsible for releasing it early yesterday, did so without due diligence…
On other sites, viewers from Australia and America were also complaining about the same issue…
It is such a shame because the programme itself has good production values. Mistakes like this will affect viewing figures and ratings.

I'm just annoyed we have to wait a week for the next episode.
