The roly-poly was made with suet pastry - Lauren was using suspiciously rectangular sheets for her beef wellington.

Adding a few flowers to the JRP does not make it elegant

I've loved the Lauren and Emily friendship forming...I think that's what they'll be taking away, I suspect Shakira has been the winner from early doors because for some reason I just can't take to her - perhaps if I'd still been watching Love Island I'd have got her.

Have to say her dishes do look good!

Ah, missed a bit of the programme. Will have to rewatch at some point. That JRP looks a lot better than my school memory.

I really like Shakira. I have never seen love island. She is confident.

If I were the other 2 after hearing that I would I be on my way out of the door.

DS (22) just made me a masterchef level toad in the hole with roasted garlic potatoes and broccoli for tea. Served with an apple and mustard jus (gravy). He's a good 'un. So I am now lying on the sofa watching in a food coma. Although I could find room for a jam rolly polly!

I think I would put the pudding to one side and focus on the caramel sauce and icecream
