Is Donna Noble the Master?

Sorry I really like Donna, an assistant that does not fall in love with the Doctor. But Rose said she was different from the day she was born last week and this week she is hearing the drums and wearing a ring like that taken from the Master's grave. Any ideas?

No, she isn't. Or at least, I'll eat my shoes (or have a chew, at any rate) if she is.
