I watched this when I realised I had forgotten to cancel my sub,

To begin with I thought it of a better standard then many, but the plot development left me a bit .... not sure!

I stopped watching it after a couple of episodes. I found him totally unlikeable and couldn't get into it. Shame.

Well without giving the storyline away, your response was only too right given the plot development!

Now I feel a tiny bit silly.

It turns out the "plot" is actually based on real life events, not some theatrical over the top fakery.

There's a podcast the tv series is based on.

Yes, I think I read that after seeing the TV show that it was a true story. I might dig out the podcast though reckon you've probably given the game away there 😂

I wonder if I would have reacted differently if I had known it was true.

The actually telling of the story is interwoven with the stories of some of those involved and some impacted by events.

I watched this when it first came out and I was quote unsure at first, but it became something I looked forward to watching in the end. It was pretty good compared to some other shows I've started then couldn't get into.

I wasn't keen at the start but then really got into so overall enjoyed it

Another positive, which may not be that important to some, but I could hear the dialogue!

There now so many series where they seem to think sound effects should be amplifies and dialogue turned down ...

Or Task, which was recommended by many, were you cant make out a word they are saying.
