Law and Order: Special Victims Unit - Which episodes are worth watching?

I'm late to the SVU party, but I've got Netflix running at the moment, so want to make the most of it. There are far too many for me to be able to finish before the subscription does though.

Which episodes are worth watching? They start from Series 12 on Netflix, and earlier ones are not available. :( So far, I've watched Bang with John Stamos - very disturbing behaviour! and Bully.

You’ve got to watch from the beginning to fully appreciate it. Especially since you need to understand the whole benson and stabler dynamic.

I would pay for them on Amazon prime if it were me - or stream them on peacock
