Can anyone identify where I have seen Bram Klappe before?

Ive just watched Episode One of the Season 4 Van Der Valk and one of the characters is played by an actor called Bram Klappe who is actually Dutch but has a very British accent.

Ive seen him in something lately but its driving me mad finding out what it is. Ive googled and its not a film or tv series that I have ever seen so Im thinking it may be a tv commercial. He just looks so familiar but I cant find out where I have seen him.

Can anyone put me out of my misery please?

I did check it and it gives a list of appearances most of which are not English but he has a very, very English accent and I had no idea till today that he wasn't British..

I cant see anything listed that I have actually watched but the more I think about it the more I ffeel I may have seen him in a commercial.

Well I got completely mixed up. I had looked up the characters name to see who played him and got the wrong character.

It seems the person I was after is Andrew Gower (senior moment) and he was in the series 'Ellis'.

Now I am relieved that I know where I have seen him before but worried I may be getting dementia!
