Had the DVD box set for ages - is it worth starting?

Oh my. I loved the Beiderbecke Affair when it came out! I haven't seen it since it was on the tv. I think I only watched the first one though.

It might be very dated, but it was great at the time.

I loved it as a teenager. I’d imagine it’ll be dated now, but still great!

Crikey, I remember watching this with my ex husband, we really liked it. I wouldn't mind watching it again if it was repeated.

"Did the earth move for you?" "No, but the wardrobe twitched a little." Wonderful dramas, definitely worth watching.

It's on Britbox but we don't have that any more. I tried to persuade DH to watch it again when we did, I loved it!

Go for it, unfortunately the 16mm film to video to dvd transfer is crap but the overall story is briiliant. Oliver's Travels is also well worth watching.

I really enjoyed this. I thought James Bolam and Barbara Flynn had great chemistry. I was a teacher too but my colleagues weren't as interesting as Trevor and Jill.

The set has the precursor series - "Get Lost!". I started watching that, but unfortunately the sound quality isn't great, and there are no subtitles...
