Anyone else finding U skips to the next episode during adverts?

We are watching The Chelsea Detective on U. It's very good btw. But we keep having a problem where it keeps jumping ahead tovthe next episode during an ad break. The ads run, then it jumps to another set of ads, then we are into the next episode, so we have to come out, find the episode we want and try again. Sometimes it works but usually it does it again.

Have never had this problem before. I contacted U customer services and they seemed surprised and didn't have a clue.

Anyone else experienced this?

No, try deleting snd re installing the app

We get U through Sky. I'm not sure we can delete it. I have googled and it looks like it is some problem to do with the automatic play next episode feature which has something to do with settings. But we can't find a settings option in U and we don't want to dismantle it for our entire Sky package.

Maybe try installing U as a stand alone app then, rather than accessing through the sky list, worth a try as it sounds really annoying

I watch U and have never had this problem. At my daughter’s house I watch U via her Amazon stick. Is that an option?

You only need to get a fire stick if you dont have a smart tv (which I assume you do.)

I had this problem when I was watching Bergerac. Very annoying
