Anyone watching? I’ve watched 4 episodes & really enjoying it! The Elle actress is fantastic!

Hey not watched it yet but wanted to say I was in Vancouver this summer and they were shooting it. We asked the production what it was they were shooting and they said Elle. It was a really cool set

I binged it 🤭 and really loved it.

My dd watched the pilot,is it ok for age 11 or is it for adults then?

I’m on episode 5 & it’s totally PG, although the cultural references would likely go over her head & the mum of a character dies (if she’s particularly sensitive but you don’t see anything as such). I’m still really enjoying it & would recommend it so far!

Loved it, I thought it was really well done and season 2 is already green lighted. The actress playing Elle doesn’t look exactly like Reese Witherspoon but she is great at doing her expressions/ mannerisms.

It's got positive messages throughout. Lots of product placement though. Apart from the death of the one character, it was pretty light and fluffy.

I started watching due to this thread. Love the premise and I am enjoying it.

Binged all of it. Agree the actor was brilliant.

Parts of the plot really annoyed me, as did the ending - typical 'we're clearly going to do another series' non-ending. Also didn't believe Elle would give up the awards ceremony to go back, and annoyed with her classmates for being so mean after she'd proven herself a good friend.

Reading this back, I see I was clearly too invested and maybe need to step away!
