Anyone watching? What's caught your attention?

I thought Shania Twain was talking too much - I was starting to think maybe she was a bit nervous and that Jools was going to have to jump in...but it was worth the wait - I thought her vocals and delivery were top notch.

Angine de Poitrine have been very high profile for a few months on IG - personally I love what they do, especially live, so no surprise for me but they might be new for some.

Knats - Geordie Jazz - new to me - I like a lot jazz from contemporary and ECM type jazz to older bop/hard bop/Bebop etc so I'll look them up.

Arlo Parks - never really given her any time but no particular reason.

Sam Smith has a great voice - maybe a bit too slurred like a latter-day John Martyn at times (I didn't know he was gay - he's never mentioned that before!) but not the kind of music I listen to anyway.

I've literally just posted about this. In particular Angine de Potrine. Who sounded great.

Thought Shania sounded sort of tired. Her singing though was top notch. But I love Shania.

@macaroon8 there wasn't a dedicated thread for it so better late than never.

Shania's over here promoting the new album and that probably involves multiple interviews every day so maybe just tiredness. Just looked this up - Shania's in the middle of a heavy touring schedule - currently performing 12 nights at Wembley Stadium as the opening act for Harry Styles.

Jools was so sympathetic and supportive with his piano playing.

Loved knats especially the story telling

I normally only watch Jules on New Year's Eve so not a big fan tbh!
