It’s strange - Adolescence seems to have been around for about five years now. I can hardly remember what else has been on TV recently, so it will be a useful reminder.

Adolescence has won basically every award America had to offer! Emmys, SAG, GGs! I think BAFTA is last in line to give it its flowers!

Yes it’s been heavily feted but it hasn’t had its turn in the UK Award season yet so it’s nearly 100% on the cards to win regardless if people are tired of hearing about it

I’d forgotten Down Cemetery Road (with good reason …) but Fehinti Balogun was outstanding in it so I’m pleased he’s nominated.
