Anyone else watching?

I watched this last time and felt it was handled quite sensitively . I feel it’s a shame that the therapists aren’t a bit younger though maybe so they can relate to the participants a bit more? They’re all in their 20’s. However the therapists do work hard to make them feel trusted and safe.

I enjoyed the last series too. I would hate to take part in the exercises.

I watched the last series too. I don't really know what I expected but I was surprised how sensitive it was and how they learnt so much about themselves. I did notice in the last series that the narrator (I think it's Lucy Beaumont) was struggling not to laugh during her commentary!
The activities feel so exposing. I wouldn't be able to do them even though I'm not eligible for Virgin Island. I think the guy who won the last series said his mum watched it - that would be horrible!

I thought it was well done & the individuals in this series all seem nice. Hope it helps them.
