Ive seen this many years ago and just happen to be watching an episode now, it popped up, Ive just got the telly on in the background

I know a lot of it is for drama and entertainment but these places running with rotten food, dirty kitchens and eating areas.

How do they keep going, dont they have inspectors in the US?

I could watch that program till the cows come home! I like the British ones more though because there is slightly less drama. The American one is a big booming voice saying this is Gordon Ramsays toughest challenge, ever! Every week. Astonishing.

I love it! Gordon shaking his head talking to the camera outside. Gordon ordering the menu, then saying’Holy Mackerel’ as he spits it in a napkin. Then saying, “shut it down” after seeing months old meat and mouldy veg in filthy fridges. The wife, daughter or son crying on his shoulder. The owner saying “Who the hell does Chef Ramsey think he is? I’ve been making this Mac n Cheese for hundreds of years and it’s the best in the county.” Then same owner crying in gratitude at the end, hugging Chef Ramsey like a long lost son.
