Anyone watching?
Have started watching ep 1 and that woman who put her armpit through her walker 😮😮

The injury looks really bad!

I saw this and it looked horrific! I'm still not sure how she managed to get the handle under her armpit.
My mum uses a walker and is unstable on her feet. I really hope that this never happens to her.

Bloody hell it was frustrating watching them try to get to that category 1 call in Knottingletly that no one seemed to be able to get to because of the roadworks!! Took about an hour to get there and it should have taken 7 minutes!

Oh, an hour and 23 minutes it took to get to her!

It still surprises me some of the things they send ambulances for, that don’t need them. How lovely is Lucinda in the way she cared for her mum.

purpleme12 · 21/03/2026 22:46

I'm just watching episode 2 and this ambulance is 35 minutes away from a choking call!

Why were there so few ambulances in Bridlington and Scarborough

These people who are having a suspected stroke nearest specialist hospital is 30 miles away 😞

30 minutes to get to a suspected stroke victim 😞
Good job he wasn't having a stroke

Really upsetting tonight

I knew something was on tonight but couldn't remember what. I'll watch it tomorrow, thank you for the warning

Mossstitch · 02/04/2026 00:06

Was a hard watch! The paramedic holding Rita was sooooo lovely!!😪

Toddlerteaplease · 02/04/2026 17:49

I was a bit surprised about the second crew with Allan/ Terry taking him to hospital, when the previous crew opted to keep him at home. Since he was end of life I don’t see what they’d have done for a suspected stroke.

purpleme12 · 09/04/2026 22:03

I thought What3Words was supposed to make it really easy to find someone and make your way to someone but it didn't exactly look like it made it that way

OP posts:
Toddlerteaplease · 09/04/2026 22:43

Both times my family members have used What Three Words in an emergency, it’s not worked! First time my dad had injured his knee badly in the middle of a field. And the second, my sister was waiting for breakdown service by the side of a main road. They couldn’t be found!

purpleme12 · 09/04/2026 22:49

I was a bit confused why those 4 ambulance people had waited in the ambulance after dropping off the person with the bike accident. They were still there long enough for the hospital to have scanned the patient and long enough to know what his injuries were.

They said 'where do we start' when back at the ambulance .......it was in a mess with vomit and blood, they have to completely clean it down and restock before using it again. Possibly why still there🤔
