Flippin heck! The stuff they put on these days, I mean nothing is left to the imagination is it. The other day I was flicking channels and there was a close up operation of vaginal lip reduction operation!! and I was just having my tea!!

Vaginal lip reduction!! Bloody Hell I suppose that could be combined with another operation and they could use the leftovers to give you more pouty (facial) lips
