I can't make my mind up. It's obviously exploitative and cheap telly, but I'm finding it compelling.

Interesting to see how people cope with the shower situation. Some come up with blind fold solutions, some strip off care free laughing and joking, and body positivity lady had a meltdown and uncuffed when it was shower time.

I thought the woman who uncuffed because the other woman was taking ages putting on make up was a bit pathetic. The princess model lady coped well in the country side, and took on the challenge. She washed in the river, went to the toilet in a bucket, worked with the animals even though she was scared. Country lady couldn't cope with them getting ready for a night out and had to uncuff

I would like to know just how much the people taking part were told of what it was going to be. Quite a few now have given up after a very short time. Did none of them think about how difficult it was likely to be, the toilet situation, the shower situation, trying to sleep etc?

I don't think they could ever offer me enough money to do something like that. The showering I could maybe cope with but the toilet I could not even with a longer chain on the handcuffs because the person would just be outside the door and sleeping would be a nightmare. I can't sleep on my back and don't see how you could turn over. They have said the longer chain is only for toilet trips and then only for a poo!

I know for sure that I couldn't do it. Not even for £50k

I will admit to being judgemental and thinking I wouldn't make much of Bambi but she was sweet and just got on with living in a totally different lifestyle and was really patient, the horse trainer lady was frankly rude. Why the fuck did she not think to put a contingency in place for whilst she was in the experiment. (And I say this as a person with horses, who has known all manner of horsey people over the years)

Ben Slade was also on the guest wing. He’s got himself into all manner of trouble over the years, publically stating he was looking for a wife to give him an heir. Then he finally got an heir but a female one who he doesn’t really see, discrimination suits bought against him from employees - mainly his employees were young females. He’s basically dragged himself up through a lot of adversity (family and financial) so I get the impression that he’s completely blinkered now that it’s his way or the highway way as he’s had to fight for so much that he feels it’s his uncompromising approach that’s seen him through.

Edit to say he did handcuffed as he needed the money for the house costs. He’s put it up for sale previously due to lack of finances so I think he does the TV shows to get money in and of course the more controversial he is, the more he’s of value to TV companies.
