Just finished this. Found it pretty entertaining but full of plot holes. Most notably:

If ‘Lexy’ wasn’t the killer then why were she and Richard so desperate to get Anna to the house? What was the plan there? And more to the point why was she fixated on hurting Anna when she was a victim too. Why not target the girls who actually arranged it?

It wasn't them who lured her there. It was her mother who cancelled the reservation at the hotel and assumed that Richard would take her there. No da what he'd bought the stuff on the table for but it wasn't to kill her.
