Have watched a lot of catfish scam and cult documentaries - has anyone got any recommendations?

Preferably not too much murder etc

The Deepest Breath on Netflix is really good about free diving. Also the one about the Titan submarine, I think it's just called Titan.

I enjoyed Hannah Fry's ones on AI - on the iPlayer

Three Mothers, Two Babies and a scandal on Amazon Prime. It’s a nuts story about online adoption in the early days of the internet.

The earlier Hannah Fry series, The Secret Genius of Modern Life, is excellent, and quite quirky. Not as 'true crime' styled as the AI one. On iPlayer.

Along different lines, but all very good:
Gods of Snooker (I know, but even if you don't give a toss about snooker it's fascinating, and well made)
Gods of Tennis (as above)
Loaded: Lads, Mags and Mayhem, about 90s lad mag culture.
Girlbands Forever.

I watched this last year, every time I hear Dubai mentioned I can’t help but remember it: Bbc Three High: Surviving a Dubai Drugs Bust - docudrama real life case 3 friends being arrested for drugs possession and what they faced. A hard watch.
