sooooooo back to Britains got talent to which the winner performs at the royal variety show

how many will be British as many aren’t every year 😂😂

judges are

• simon Amanda Alesha and someone called KSI- who is the owner of prime energy drinks as well as YouTuberstreamerrapperinfluencerboxeractorentrepreneur

never heard of him but sure many have 😂

tho After Simon Cowell fell down some steps and suffered a head injury, he was forced to miss the first few days of filming, meaning Holden took on the role of head judge, while Stacey Solomon stepped in as a guest judge.

I think Stacey would make a fab judge but guess she can’t commit to it every week

I always love the magicians - get bored of the singers

sometimes like the dance groups

get very bored of sob stories who get through who are rubbish

like the animal ones

don’t like the comedians usually

some of the acts make me shudder like sword swallowing or hanging weights off their nipples

GB - I hope they don’t give too quickly and I preferred it when all get one each

I like the Bastille song they are playing in the background. He would smash that as well.
He seems nice as well.

This has been the worst week of the competition! Apart from the ribbon artist, the dance troupe and the singer, the acts were mediocre. very disappointing.

comedian really not that funny and GB - wtf ant and Dec - really ????

menagarie club - ok singing but I’m meh at singers on bgt

purple/ green dancers - see some many and meh

Kevin - the rapper meh

Jake - now Jake is always going to do well for me as I love magic - how did he do that with the cards and stopwatch

matty - again the song does it for me - so a winner in my books - so as much as another singer / he was quite good - reminds me of pub singers belting out a song - but not worth the GB

I do think I’ve come to the end of my enjoyment with bgt - as much of it I’m meh

once the audience Chant press the gold etc - do the judges ever say no ?

I agree that all the judges, even Simon are just giving in to crowd pressure with the GB and it's very annoying!

Apparently some were crying with laughter at the comedian. I must have missed something. At best it was only mildly amusing!

Haven’t read the full thread so apologies if this has already been discussed…just catching up on last weeks now.
Does anyone else feel the golden buzzer moments aren’t as exciting anymore because of the crowd chanting “press the gold, press the gold”? Whenever this happens it always ends up being that one of them presses the gold buzzer so we know it’s about to happen. I’m sure in earlier series they didn’t do this, so when a judge suddenly pressed it, it felt like a “woah!” moment, whereas now you can see it coming every time. Don’t know why I’m so bothered 🤣

Yes. That's what I mean about the audience being annoying now. It's like the judges just succumb to crowd pressure to press the GB. Not necessarily because they want to, but because they have to!

@Meredusoleil yes that’s it! Its like they’re just doing it when they feel they have to. Like did Simon do it for the singer last week just because the audience were chanting? Hasn’t Simon already had his golden buzzer this series?
