Two episodes into Pluribus - does it get better?

I started Pluribus a couple of days ago because of the hype.

I don't normally like post-apocalyptic stuff, especially things written by men. But the critical acclaim seemed to suggest it'd be a bit different, meatier, less formulaic etc.

But I'm two episodes in and it seems like the same old shit.

Does it get better? Will it grow on me? Am I missing something?

I’m really enjoying it despite sci fi/post apocalyptic really not being my thing at all. But it may just be because I love Rhea Seehorn, such a great actress - Better Call Saul is my absolute favourite TV show. Can’t wait to see where Pluribus goes in the second season.

She is just amazing, I love her. I think if you liked BCS though you're more likely to enjoy Pluribus as it's similar slow storytelling. BCS was so slow at first which meant it was always a massive gut punch whenever a big event would occur.

It does get better. I really liked this show! Although it finished too soon after 8 episodes and apparently the next season is not out until 2028!

No, it was a boring load of shite
