Trying to remember a reality show

So I just find Traitors but I remember two moments from what could have been different programmes or the same one.

I remember the finale and contestants being taken by helicopter to some fort, like those ones on the south coast near Portsmouth or a bit like Portland Castle. I'm sure they were trying to avoid some sort of swot team!

Then it could have been a different show or same one, but have a vague recollection of contestants on bikes trying to beat a train to the station... could have been another country like Australia.

I swear it's relatively recent. Not from 80s or 90s. Feel like it was the last decade.

It's annoying me, I don't know what I'm remembering!

Never watched it but seems to recall my late Dmum & Ddad mentioning visiting the castle in Bordeaux(?).

That's mad. Just searched for it on Google and yes, you're right. I saw S1 and have no recollection of it apart from these weird flashbacks 😂
