I'm at the start of season 3 so no spoilers please although I think I know what happens!

Just to say I'm enjoying it but is it just me or is Belly is such a brat!

I was left with an odd taste in my mouth. It wasn't worth the hype. I thought it verging on incestuous. The boys mum was such a manipulating person (okay so she was dieing). All the other adults were painful. The kids were sulky bratts

I've finished it now. I cancelled prime so needed to finish it!

Yes Laurel was like a child. So were the dads. I didn't pick up on Susannah being manipulative - how do you mean? @snowibunni

I had seen spoilers but they were conflicting so I didn't know what would happen but turned out they were all true. I was happy with the ending but it was just so odd that basically she had a relationship with both brothers.

Didn't like Belly's behaviour at the end either.

The books are less "incestuous" - she doesn't sleep with either of them - but I hear you. She made the right decision in the end!

Have you watched any other Jenny Han? Kitty xo is coming back for season 3 soon and To All the Boys is decent too.

And then. There's Maxton Hall.

No I haven't seen or read any of them but I'm tempted.

Are the books worth reading?

I've not read TSITP but got Maxton Hall trilogy for Xmas... I'm nearly 50! 😂

I watched it last year and I think thought it was problematic trash, though watchable. Maybe I’m just not the target age group, it’s clearly aimed at teenagers. It’s the ‘Twilight’ of today.

No, it's German and dubbed and subbed. I'm told the subs are better than the dub, but I'd already done a series on subs by then and it felt wrong to swop.

I'll go look up The Goldens. Also a fan of k-drama and c-drama - there's loads on Netflix.

Not read the books but to all the boys I’ve loved before is wonderful! I’m 45. It’s a trilogy and the films are on Netflix. Tsitp is all a bit too soapy after s1. To all the boys is better

I loved reading the trilogy of All the Boys more than TSITP. The characters are more rounded and 3 dimensional. The netflix films were good too. (I'm middle aged so it's not aimed at me 🤣)

Am currently about to finish Shine on Me. And added The Goldens to my wish list, thanks @MagicStarrz
