Any hospital dramas age rated 12?

My daughter aged 12 (year 7) wants to watch the Good Doctor on Netflix but I see it’s rated a 15. How do you think it would fare for a 12 year old?

Or is there any other hospital dramas rated more of a 12 than a 15?

New Amsterdam has a rating between 12+ and 14+
Having watched it, I’d say it’s fine for a 12 year old. There are some sad storylines, some light shagging and some not that graphic surgery.

I watched ER from the age of 11. It was the only thing my Mum watched religiously every week so I watched it with her. Could not tell you what certificate it was, but my parents never put much store in certificates, deciding they knew better what we could handle watching. As far as i know its not on tv anymore unless they show reruns, you may be able to get it on 4 on demand.

I wouldn't have thought the good doctor would be a problem for a 12 year old tbh, I watched the first few series a while back and genuinely don't remember anything particularly untoward (as in no excessive swearing, or sex scenes etc). Could be wrong and it's obviously a 15 for a reason, but I'd probably let my 12 year old watch it.

My child is the same age. Personally I'd just watch Casualty with her at this age

I come to suggest new Amsterdam . I really liked it and got hooked very quickly. I’ve started to watch it again from the beginning .
