Man V Baby (netflix)

Watched this with the kids yesterday and I hated it. The baby kept being left on his own while Trevor was off on some misadventure. Often in a basket with the lid closed. I get that it's just a kids silly programme but when he would leave the baby on a countertop or we would see the baby halfway up a stairs I would put a cushion in front of my face.

And how it ends was just so ridiculously lazy writing.

I started to watch it. Maybe got through 2.5 episodes. It had potential, but it was just frustratingly awful and i couldn’t finish it.

I watched it while I was de-head-lousing my kid's hair. As I was expecting, it was terrible but my DD loved it and was laughing out loud. It made using the nitty gritty comb a lot less painful for both of us!

It was crap.

DC loved it but it was painful to watch for me. My 8 year old kept yelling WHAT ARE YOU DOING?! when he left the baby alone or made a daft decision but did find it very funny.

They’ve moved on to Man V Bee now and are equally as appalled/entertained.

It’s pretty close to Mr Bean which I loved as a kid so I get the appeal

I got proper uncanny valley about the weird fake baby (apparently not fake, but ai and CGI enhanced)

Kids loved it, but it was terrible lazy writing

I kept shouting at the tv when he left the baby to go down in the lift. The dog and the shoe was so annoying as well .

I was just baffled at the ending

I find Man v bee and Man v baby incredibly stressful to watch, logically I understand that it’s supposed to be funny but I find myself cringing or shouting at the tv far too much for it to be fun 🫣😬

There was a lot set up that just didn't go any where. It was rubbish
