I was hoping someone would start a thread. It’s so good, reminds me of a Southern Desperate Housewives, Margo is brilliant but probably evil.

Am trying not to binge.

I'm really enjoying it so far. Dh watched it because it was my turn to choose. He wanted to not like it but we binged 3 episodes.

I’m loving it too, on episode 7, I’ve really enjoyed it but surprised it’s on itv at 9pm
because of the sex. I couldn’t watch it weekly, it’s too addictive.

Binge watched 3 episodes last night! Really enjoying it- very watchable. Loving the extreme almost unreal levels of wealth and lack of morals 😮Yes agree quite risqué, or am I just old haha!

@hellswelshyi wonder if they will edit it for tv, there is a scene in episode 7 (i think) between the police man and his wife that I don’t think can be shown before 10pm. I keep imagine flicking tv channels on a Saturday night with my parents in law in the room and seeing some of the scenes!

Yes I paused it a few times when teenage dd wandered in and out of the living room 😆I'm going to watch the rest this weekend so will report back!

I see they have moved episode 2 to 10pm tonight which makes sense.

Binged it all. Loved it. Didn’t think I would but saw someone mention it on here so decided to give it a go. There’s got to be a S2!

@IAmKerplunk, yes according to Google it’s been recommissioned by Netflix and started filming last November. I can see it running and running. It’s the best tv I’ve watched over Christmas which is quite a surprise!

If I liked this what else would you recommend?

It’s a mix of Big Little Lies and Desperate Housewives, plus a bit of Landman for the Texas lifestyle.

The religion/guns/abortion aspects are how I imagine Texas to be.

I’ve seen a bit of land man. Also never been intrigued by desperate housewives I think I assumed it was a documentary style project like the karsashians.

@hollyblueivy I haven’t watched desperate housewives for years but it included married women having sex with younger men and women sitting around bitching about each other whilst drinking!

I binged it, brilliant and shocking! Sophie was a bit of a drip at times especially when she was doing her own investigation.

It always makes me laugh when the murderer is confronted and they conveniently explain exactly how they did it.

Desperate Housewives was a fabulous show but it probably hasn’t aged very well.

There has to be, so many unanswered questions!

I binge watched it over Twixmas, best thing I've seen in a while. DH was hooked too, but I'm sure that was down to other factors & not the riveting storyline

I've binge watched it, it was riveting! Loved all the plot twists. Looking forward to a second series. Im hoping a 2nd series would maybe shift the focus on someone else slightly, may make it more interesting. Then again it was left on such a cliff hanger...
