I can't believe Vogue won that! She didn't even do the rope!
Nicola should have absolutely won that!

Yep, outrageous really, she should have been disqualified. And the way she celebrated at the end like she’d actually beat an Olympian - disgraceful. She should have given up the win. I’ve never much liked her, but like her even less now.

Yes! I mean it wasn't a proper win really was it!

I'd be so pissed off if I was Nicola! I'm sure even Nicola struggled on the rope but she still did the rope!

And to me it didn't even seem like they let her try they long, so she must have told them she couldn't do the rope and they'd agreed to bring in a ladder so she could finish

Yes, even if not disqualified there should have been a time penalty of some sort. I know it was just for fun but it makes a mockery of the whole thing. I like Vogue Williams but I think she should have handed the trophy over.

I don't think when they got her the ladder that they thought she had a hope in hell of winning. Nicola clearly hurt herself though. They also massively slowed down the travelator for both of them to make sure they even finished (I'm pretty sure they do this on the normal show too) so I guess both of them had a bit of help?

Nicola was very gracious in defeat but I don't think she saw the ladder, she may feel differently on watching!

The whole episode was great fun though, even my parents enjoyed it which is usually a tough ask. No Legend though - gutted!

Yeah but Legend but himself at some point in this series so we might not see him a lot at all. Which is sad

Oh, I've just googled that. 😭 Hopefully he'll be in a few episodes before the injury.

Apollo will have to step up his game to replace him and his sarky comments. He tries so hard!

Yeah I was really disappointed Nicola didnt win. But agree im sure they slow down the travelator, so they can all finish (that literally never occurred to me as a teen in the 90s) I enjoyed the men's eliminator as they were so close.
