I love a ghost story . With my family from 23rd till Boxing Day so will watch when I'm back home .

They’re mostly on YouTube and other less legal sites too if you care to look. I love Mark Gatiss but I haven’t enjoyed the newer stories so much.

Yeah it was tame and boring. Does anyone remember the ghost story on Xmas Eve with John Hurt about 12 or so years ago? God I didn’t sleep a wink that Xmas Eve night and was knackered the next day! 😂

Nowhere near as good as last year. This year’s was marketed much more than in the past (maybe due to the big names), so I had high hopes. But it was just dull.

There was also "The Turning of the Screw" that was good .

The last few have been meh and I've just lost 30 minutes I won't get back . Next year , I;ll give it a miss

If you want a good story for Christmas Eve then Ghost Stories 2017 written by Jeremy Dyson and Andy Nyman is good . We went to see the stage show this year and even though we'd seen the film, there were jump scares !

Martin Freeman is in it if you want to search up , there's loads of the same name

Well that was a crap ending. We wanted to know why she was after him. Wish we’d just stuck to Love Actually!

I think it was just that she wanted to feast on him. It wasn't my favourite.
I liked Count Magnus and the Mezzotint. I liked the one last year Woman of Stone, although I remember it was unpopular on the thread about it.

But why did she want to feast on him?. It’s left lots of questions unanswered.
