Having major surgery next week and going to spend over 8 weeks in recovery. Won’t be able to use my writing arm for a while. I might be able to walk after 4-8 week but for at least 4 weeks I’m going to tucked up in bed. I’m autistic and ADHD and have put a similar shout out in a different place MN for audio books recommendations.

We have Netflix, iplayer, Amazon prime and U and all the catch up (we don’t have live TV).
I like learning about history eg Mary Beard the Romans, David Attenborough, I like Portillo Train journeys, I like the Royal institution lectures (Christmas science ones), I like learning about paintings and Art (and even things like Fake or Fortune)

what can I get ready and make a list of stuff to watch please?

It's not TV but I very much enjoy the Not Just the Tudors podcast. It's very wide ranging within the period and there are loads to listen to - the one on dogs in the Tudor period is a real highlight.

There's a newish documentary about Turner on iplayer with Timothy Spall, Tracey Emin, Chris Packham.
