just binged this on netflix. Not sure how they’ll make as big a success of the band as the X factor did. Lauren seems like something of a diva. Can’t believe they had to go looking for a record deal after they were picked: Talk about anticlimax! I guess it was a sure thing with Simon and Netflix behind them though. What a house Simon has, gorgeous.

Totally disagree about Josh. I picked him out as the favourite from the start. And you can see they are putting him forward as the star. He has the perfect simple pure recording voice without any afflictions or bad habits, unlike John for example, and has a definite aura about him that Simon picked up on. Yes he is immature but he is young and what you want for a boy and pin up. I don’t think Nicholas and John suit being in a traditional boy band but respect that Simon is trying to do something slightly different and mix different styles together. So will see if it works.

I can’t warm to Nicholas either. I wonder how well this band will do.

I watched it and enjoyed it. Actually watching it for the second time with my teen DS.

I liked Lauren.... and I counted Simon as having three houses. A massive one in West London ( I wonder if that's Richmond or Barnes) plus Malibu and Barbados.

I think he had one in the Cotswolds too!
