IACGMOOH 2025 - starts Sunday 16th Nov - ITV 9pm | Mumsnet

Obviously it’s tv paced 😂 as it’s live (and filmed) so I’ve just seen the ad saying it’s back. Whoop !

Alex has the weakest personality in there. You wouldn’t notice if she was gone as nice as she is

IAmKerplunk · 27/11/2025 23:56

I have voted for Kelly and Martin. I really want to see how Martin is as the group gets smaller - I think we will see more of him.

I love how doomsville have had so much more fun than win city

IndigoIsMyFavouriteColour · 27/11/2025 23:57

Tom is just so lovely, the way he was with Shona - so sweet

IAmKerplunk · 28/11/2025 00:03

Tom is adorable - I thought he was a bit of a caricature on Celebs go Dating but now I am fully aboard the Tom bus.

She didn’t have much personality on Strictly years ago either, & what we have seen has been quite boring & grumpy, so I’m not sure it’s the editing.

I did feel for Kelly when she said she had no kids to do it for - she seems a good sport & very upbeat!

Don’t feel sorry for Kelly she has said they have chosen not to have children she’s certainly not sad about it. I genuinely like her she doesn’t take herself too seriously as do some. Yes I think Alex will be first out

I thought she said on Loose Women thats she had made peace with not having children - didn’t sound like it was a choice as such.

IndigoIsMyFavouriteColour · 28/11/2025 00:14

Just about to watch the drinking trial… it sounds absolutely horrid

I think she has had numerous miscarriages in previous relationships with 1 very late miscarriage /still birth

IndigoIsMyFavouriteColour · 28/11/2025 00:20

And it is absolutely horrid. I reckon Ginge is going to win this one, he was great in the eating trial and Aitch managed nothing

Empress13 · 28/11/2025 00:21

Daytimetellyqueen · 28/11/2025 00:10

I thought she said on Loose Women thats she had made peace with not having children - didn’t sound like it was a choice as such.

she has said this …
I was about 36 at the time and thinking, "God, am I ever going to have children?" Then I thought, "Actually, I don’t think I want them," and hearing that somebody had regrets, and that I might not regret not having children, made me feel really happy about my choice.'
Generally, she's tired of the conversation. 'I just got so sick of being asked about it. "We’re not having children" closes off this conversation. People are shocked you can be that blunt about it, but that’s where we’re at.'
Finding kinship with other women who have chosen the child-free life has been affirming. 'A lot of women have reached out to me since I was on Loose Women [in 2018] and said, "I’m the same; thank you for talking about it and thank you for being honest about it."'

'It’s soul-destroying:' women who fear they can't afford kids on what needs to change

Fertility rates are falling. One reason for this is the unaffordability of modern parenthood

Anyone else just not feeling it this year? I've watched this since the very first series (which was fab btw as there was a 24/7 live stream if you had a 'digi box' in the early years 😆).

But, I'm just finding this year super boring. It's maybe because I had only heard of Lisa Riley, Ruby Wax and Martin Kemp when the line up was announced, showing my age! Also struggling to watch any Vogue footage with her constantly eating with her mouth open 🤮.

Loving Tom, bit worried about Ginge as he seems to be getting quite down, all my votes went to Martin 😍.

whynotwhatknot · 28/11/2025 00:27

funny trial love the live ones never know whats going to happen

i think alex will go but who know with a split vote

whynotwhatknot · 28/11/2025 00:30

not a classic year by any means

way too many treats and why do they get another change to win dinner-they lost

TokyoSushi · 28/11/2025 07:13

I really like this year, think it’s because I like everyone who’s in it. It’s much better than last years.

Usernameunavailableagain12 · 28/11/2025 07:15

I want them to get really really hungry and come back with about two stars so we can see how much they all get on them 🤣🤣

The two camps are certainly different. Are all the egos/alphas in the Win camp whilst all the ‘secondary’ characters in Doomsville?

Silverbirchleaf · 28/11/2025 08:59

Interesting. On a thread on Facebook discussing the elimination, , as well as Kelly and Alex, Martins name comes up alot (‘been too quiet’) with Ruby and Jack also being mentioned. Although some people think Alex will be safe due to her football fan base.

Potentially. Otherwise I think rather than focusing on what they didn't have, Doomsville focused on what they did (each other, fun etc) whereas Win City are still thinking about what they’re missing from home & then potentially their friends (Aitch for Ginge, Tom for Ruby, Eddie for Jack) & so they’re a bit down.

I reckon when Doomsville go back to main camp, they’ll be so grateful for the luxury (beds, better shower) that they’ll be a lot more upbeat there too.

For me, it’s all about perspective & Doomsville were better at gratitude than Win City & to be fair, Aitch was good at keeping spirits up as he continues in his camp leader role. Might have been very different if Ginge had ended up in Doomsville.

Silverbirchleaf · 28/11/2025 09:02

@Daytimetellyqueen Thsts true. Doonsvilke decided to make the best of a bad job, rather than wallowing in doom and gloom, and tried to raise each others spirits.

A lesson for us all, especially these days Grin

Edited

My dd15 thinks Martin will go first she doesn't really know who he is and thinks he says very little so if other young people are thinking the same it may well be him

Blondeshavemorefun · 28/11/2025 10:53

Just watching beginning of last nights now

runy is moaning about rhe fire and her job but others doing it

well the fire was practically out and embers so she wasn’t doing her job very well was she !
