Has anyone else watched A Man on the Inside?
S2 just out this week on Netflix, I've binge watched the whole thing, and loved it.
It's an easy watch crime/comedy series starring Ted Danson as a retired college professor who gets a new lease of life by going undercover (in a Retirement community in S1, and in a university setting in S2).
It's created by Michael Schur (of The Good Place, with lots of crossover of actors), and it has that cosy, funny, feel good element, with a bit of emotion thrown in.
Ted Danson is fab, and is looking very well for 77! I can only hope that by that age I am as fit and able as the retirees in this show... and that I can afford to live somewhere as nice!
The crime/mystery element comes secondary to the stories about aging, relationships, comedy mishaps... but the whole thing is every enjoyable. Personally, I preferred S1 - some parts of S2 felt a bit too try-hard (looking at you Jason Mantsoukas).
Would love to hear others' thoughts, if anyone has watched it.
