Jack's incredible. I think some people can just do this - I watched XH freedive on holiday once (he was a good swimmer but had never done it before). He could stay under for absolutely ages and not be remotely breathless when he came back up.

Jack is a super human.

I think its completely psychological i think healthy humans can hold there breaths for quite a while but people panic

Considering Jack has Multiple Sclerosis he is super human. Obviously done quite a bit of scuba diving the way he tackled that.

Yes Kelly and Vogue are annoying. Vogue's screaming during trials is so fake. Alex looks like she's swallowed a wasp.
