I think Alex is struggling and not just with the lack of food - the running up and down and I wonder whether she saw the camp in a different way to others so she saw a complete mess where others just saw a slightly messy camp. She has spoken about her depression and anxiety too

I think also she is rightly pissed off that her role hasn’t been acknowledged because she does it early/goes about it quietly- I think we can all relate to that and know people who get the kudos purely for being more vocal whilst the ones who just shut up and do go under the radar

I think Ruby & Aitch are carrying the show. Tom is pretty funny too tbf.

I really dislike woman like Vogue, who know they are very attractive with figures most women just don't have, yet still need to seek validation and compliments. I disliked her after reading about the plane incident where she called someone a piece of shit for not switching seats.

I am watching but not particularly engaged. It is all so formulaic now and Ant and Dec's double act has worn thin.

I love the addition of Tom and am still loving Ruby.

Something about Jack and Kelly I don't like but will reserve further thoughts until I watch more this week.

Alex reminds me of Meghan Markle looks wise.

kelly is really annoying very loud and attention seeking cant cook for toffee but moans if someone else offers

and going on about their breakfast when they got back no awareness

just to add annoying but noone i really hate this year-trials are bit dull if im being honest carry some toads and get in fish guts is weraing thin now

was a bit wrong to exlcude people for breakfast who had no choice in it its not as if they done a trial and failed they just didnt get a badge

i thought the others should have given them more prioase for 12 stars and give alex and shona a bigger portion

Alex is coming across as a total diva. I can imagine that many sport people are though ; driven and competitive and selfish. Makes them winners I suppose tbf.

When we were watching my granddaughter said they’ll probably not take a full portion of dinner after the big breakfast and will offer bigger portions to Alex and Shona. I didn’t see any hint of that unless it was edited out.

Feel for Alex, looking pale and tired, maybe it's getting to her, lack of food and comforts. Had a lump in my throat for Jack, do wonder if this is too much, too soon after losing his Dad?

I think it's too soon for Jack. He seems very fragile.

I feel for Jack - it is so soon after his dad dying. I remember being the same with oh it’s this many weeks/months to the day or oh it was at this time. It was so all consuming. They seem a nice bunch who will rally round him though.

I thought Alex looked pale and tired from day 1 and I wondered if she’d been ill before she arrived. She looks like she’s lost a fair amount of weight since I saw her on tv about a month ago.

I thought she looked a bit gaunt in the face too.
