Wolfblood (kids show)

My youngsters have just started bingeing this, it seems to have been around a few years.

What are people's views on it please?

My DC love(d) it. First 3 series are considerably better than the last 2 in my opinion. I've had no concerns about it.

How old are your DC and what are you worried about?

They are between 9 and 12.

I'm not worried but I know nothing about it.

I've no idea how they came across it either, if it was recommended by a friend or they found it by chance.

It’s quite old now - it was a kind of low budget Twilight-alike around the time that was popular. The CGI looks ropey as hell now, but it’s harmless enough. (One of my friends was in the main cast, which is the only reason I’ve seen it 🤣)

9 and 12 are prime ages for it.

DC1 has watched it so many times over the last 7 or so years I've lost count. Which also means I've seen it a lot.

I'd say it's pretty good for a kids TV show.

My kids used to love Wolfblood, I enjoyed it too. They were 13 and 8 when it was originally shown. Good drama. CBBC had some good stuff on back then. (It might do now, but my babies have rudely grown up😁) Young Dracula was another favourite.

My kids loved this! They were late primary when it was on I think.

I remember watching it years ago and absolutely loved it!

DD2 went through a phase of being obsessed with Wolfblood. I’m sure it was all I saw on our tv for a whole year. Out of all her tv obsessions this was one of the better ones!

Love these comments! It completely passed me by as we were in a cbeebies bubble at the time.

I suppose if it was on mainstream tv it might have got more exposure.
