Doc Martin repeats are my secret vice. Comfort food for the soul.

Just watching today’s repeat.

Where on earth does he park his car? And now Louisa is buying one, so they will have 2. The surgery / cottage has no visible off road parking, Cornish villages tend not to. But we have never seen him collect his car from the council car park.

Also

Martin has many many mishaps that result in his suit getting filthy or wet. In the sea, pig muck, woods, bodily fluids etc. There is no evidence of a Dry Cleaner in Portwenn and certainly not a shop that sells suits. How is he so reliably smart?

Neither of those things had ever occurred to me, but maybe he has a magic wand.
I watch every chance I get, too. I don't think I've known a series with such good casting. Everyone seems perfect for their roles.

Enjoy rewatching and spotting details such as patients’ names like Helen Highwater and Mrs Tishell’s collection of neck collars hanging up with her coats and scarves.

Recent patient’s names I have spotted have been Noah Kant, Anita Bush and the very old and obvious Theresa Green.

Have missed Mrs T’s collar collection!

But this week caught the episode where she is hiding in a shrub spying into the surgery window which made me LOL.

Love Doc Martin. There is a dry cleaners, when Doc was getting married they gave him the wrong trousers. I’m a little worried that I remember this fact

I didn't watch it when it was first on but found it on ITVx last year so watched it all then, loved it.

Oh it’s so lovely, I went to Port Isaac just to have a look around where it was filmed! I think he parks the cars at the side of the cottage!
