can hardly wait as this usually one of classics each series. Any bets on who will go? keep changing my mind esp after seeing that prog on monday that gave more background on the candidates.

I'm not sure Lee is dyslexic - it may just be that he cannot type very well. I have come up with stranger misspellings than his when I try to type too fast (and I can spell!). If I remember correctly, all the right letters were there, just in the wrong order, which suggests that perhaps he just needs this

But after this stage don't the remaining candidates work for Sir Alan so he can judge them properly. Does this mean all of them have been working for him? And what if the person who showed the most potential working for him ends up on the losing team next week by default because of mistakes made by their partner? Sir Alan won't be able to choose them then

i watched the 'you're fired' prog afterwards, what has lucinda done to her hair?!, she's only 32, it really aged her!

were those their original cvs that they were reading from? if so, i wondered why he got through with those spelling mistakes in the first place.

I think that in Siralan's mind, it is a straight contest between Claire and Alex which is why he has split them up next week - he doesn't have to make the decision then does he? Whichever one is in the group that wins the task will win the show.

Alex did come across as turbodefensive.

I think Lee would actually suit SASugar's businesses quite well but maybe for the salary Alex is at least cleverer probably. Siralun probably has millions of Lees doesn't he, they hardly need to earn as much as that do they?

Claire has to be of value to Sir Alan but I can see their reservations about motor mouthing and driving people crazy. But as a top level retail person - she's a great salesperson. Guess it depends on what he wants. But it ain't gonna be Helene is it! She's had weeks to impress and has done nought to do so!

Also, unbelievabe to LIE on your cv if you've worked in recruitment and if you've ever seen the series before! FanTAStically stupid of Lee - it shows an understandable educational hang up but still it was:

Great programme last night but how easy is it to be nasty in an interview? I mean bullying has never been difficult has it?
But it was good to see how much their observations varied and how different interviewers responded.

Am I the only person who thought that people hating Lucinda had NOTHING to do with her accent and EVERYTHING to do with her superior, soft spoken passive-agressive schtick? It's a traight I really can't abide and normally gets me yelling 'speak up luv, I can't hear you' until they get the point. Grrr. Can't bear the woman, glad she's gone. No-one hated Rafe cos he talked posh!

I thought Lee was going to win it until he really blew it on the cv question. He had a good reason for doing it, but should have fessed up immediately. I think my money's on Claire now. Alex is a creep and Helene just seems to be a nonentity - I don't understand how she made it into the final TBH.

Sir Alan has put the two strongest contenders into different groups, Alex and Claire.

I think CBeebies could do with more swearing.

Oh lordy, has anyone seen RAEF in OK! magazine all toffed up? He's unbelievable.
