Well, the good news was that Virgilia, the girl with cerebal palsy and a made up name, passed her test! Naida was nominated to take it next. The first time she got nominated she bailed and didn't even sit it, but this she did it. She failed, but only just, and is full of confidence.
I missed some of the first episode but in the second one they did a challenge where they went on public roads near a busy market and had to reverse park. Some people did ok, but David, the 'camp' chap was utterly utterly crap. He did a U-turn on a major road and nearly got hit by a bus. I think they all managed to bash into other people's cars at some point.
Isabel, the snooty financial analyst with a really arrogant husband walked out and never returned after falling out with Jan about not being allowed to drive an automatic.
The guy who looks a bit like Toadie from Neighbours managed to do a three point turn and started driving the wrong way down a one way street.
Shannon (?) is the next person nominated to take their test. I believe she is a pet photographer.
David also got put on a driving simulator programme and 'virtually' crashed into pretty much every other car on the road. He and his driving buddy screamed with laughter the entire time. Idiots.
I am on hols next week and am seriously thinking about Sky Plussing it...
