Nothing says Autumn telly more than a new series of Graham Norton. It's my Saturday night catch up viewing. Anyone else watch?

3rd October was a good couch - Taylor Swift, Cillian Murphy, Greta Lee, Jodie Turner-Smith and Domhnall Gleeson with live music from Lewis Capaldi.

Lewis Capaldi was hilarious, what a breath of fresh (blue!) air.
And Taylor was pretty cool.

Jodie Turner-Smith I don't know, she seemed quite odd.

Swift I haven't seen on anything before, interesting to see how normal she is for such a successful popstar.

Yes I thought this too and I found it hard to understand what she was saying.

I think some of it is that she had her knees to the audience rather than most of the couch so had her back to the majority of the guests. I don't know. Strikingly beautiful woman, but just something a bit odd.

I enjoyed this week's. Domhnall Gleeson was adorable. Don't know Greta Lee but I found her funny and likeable.
Jodie was behaving Very oddly. Under the influence of something or is that just how she is?

I think she was high on something.

Friday 10 October - Julia Roberts, Colin Farrell, Gloria Estefan and Benedict Cumberbatch with live music from Robbie Williams.

It didn't work for me. I thought the show only came alive when Robbie came on and woke us all up. Possibly just too many cool and laid back stars on the sofa?

I watch on Saturday morning, at the moment there is too big a gap between the ending of HIGNFY and Graham Norton of anything I want to watch.
It’s always interesting to see how the guests react to each other. Sometimes there is perceivable shade. As the late, great Kenny Everett used to say, ‘enough about you, how about me!’

Friday 17 October - Bruce Springsteen, Jeremy Allen White, Jennifer Lawrence and Tessa Thompson with music from Florence + The Machine.

Better than last week, but still a bit flat. Love Florence + The Machine.

I’ve felt this series has been a bit flat to be honest

They don't seem to get the mix of guests right like they used to.
And maybe the guests aren't drinking enough!

They could really do with a British comedian on each week.

I’m a big fan of Bruce Springsteen but I don’t know, this couch is not doing it for me tonight. Feels quite flat, not sure about Jennifer Lawrence. Cillian Murphy and Lewis Capaldi has been the best one for me so far

I think it would have been better with Jennifer Lawrence in prime position. Take out Bruce and Jeremy. Add in Alan Carr to talk about Traitors

Yes I agree the last 2 weeks have been flat despite the super star US guests. I think it might be because the films they are promoting seem quite dull and the guest combinations don’t work, I agree they need more British comedians. I’m sure 31st / 7th nov show may feature celeb “traitors”, they can’t all only do the One Show/ breakfast tv!

Friday 24 October Kim Kardashian, Sarah Paulson, Bryan Cranston and Rachel Zegler join Graham on his sofa and Little Simz performs Lion from her album Lotus.

sigh it's another miss for me. I think my issue this week is the all-American sofa.

Watched first 5 minutes only then off.
Loved Florence last week!

Next week is non-American thank goodness.

Actually really enjoyed this weeks. They actually had something about them.

Kim's outfit 😳 Not many could get away with that.

I enjoyed it. Loved the clip from Evita. I saw Elaine Paige play her years ago. She was fabulous. I'd love to have seen this show with Rachel Zegler.

I thought Sarah Paulson was really odd. I dont know who she is, but very dominating. It was not a great show.

She was probably a bit nervous but covered it up by gabbling a bit. I thought she was witty, took the mick out of herself - "Kim's wearing a condom and I'm wearing a couch!" I liked her
