I seem to remember Charlie being manipulative and pretty awful too though.

I think Sarah will go for Tattoo Face Man who from that ending clip is badly paired with Doomesday Barbie. Maybe Ashley will go with her? She doesn't look like a feminist.

Those were Jenna (vegan) and Zoe, and I think so.

Steven & Nelly are adorable!!

Botox Leigh seems nice enough but I couldn't look at that shiny immobile face all day.

Yeah I don't think she came out of it smelling of roses but Eve stormed out in a physical rage I seem to remember and Charlie stayed on/came back and acted normally.

I still follow Zoe on Instagram and they are still happy together.

One of my fave moments was when Zoe couldn't get her head around the idea of not eating eggs 😁

Thanks for new thread @ThePlatypusAlwaysTriumphs - I was out this evening, just caught up! Where to begin…

Crystal-Lee and Grace are fun sponges, good God - they seem to have up before they’ve started. What miserable cows they are.

Dean and Ashley - need to sshhh… and think before they speak. And Dean, James-Corden-Dean - he needs to stop all that performing, it’s not at all endearing or attractive.

Nelly & Steven have potential. I’m not sure how she might take having to take a back seat to his kids though. He’s going to have to balance everything very carefully.

Davide & Keye - they make me smile. But I’m a little wary of Davide and how he peers through almost closed eyes.

As an aside, and I will remind you later in the week, it’s on the TV schedule for Sunday again. So maybe this series is going to have 5 x eps per week rather than the 4 previously. I’ll try and find out further down the weeks.

My observations after a delayed watch....

What a waste of wherever grouchy grace and "gimmeatradwife" are....although the teaser for tomorrow looks like there may be some redemption, who knows.

First look at leah was that she was auditoning for the apprentice with the power shoulders and draped jackets. And for 35 there is so much filler in that mush...she looks like she is permanently wearing one of those led masks 👽She looks like she'd take no crap but let herself get moved out of the room by barbie leigh.

Still bored of Dean. I'm am a bit pissed off that Sarah said about the weight, we've been there before with this programme (usually the other way round) and it's not cool from either side. There's a few photos of slimmer Dean on his insta vary_dean and it looks like it was a good few years ago (if you go to his insta do make sure you check out his performance video...putting the c in to rap). I think the whole weight thing is a red herring I think he's the issue.

Forthcoming geordie bride clearly going to bring the shore vibes...and sadly it seems her groom Joe likes blondes so what could possibly go wrong there!

Let’s get these weddings out of the way and her on with the rest.

So many mismatches this season. I think they have put Dean and Sarah in an impossible and insurmountable position. I am not a huge fan of her either but I did really feel for her as she she cringed more and more every time he now opens his mouth. I think she’ll hang on in there for a bit coz TV and DPs etc but in doing so she’ll have to endure some cringy sessions / questions on the couch from the Ixperts (are they still known as Ixperts in the UK version?) about physical attraction growing etc.

I have no words for Grace and Crystal.

Did someone say we are back to the marathon length episodes tonight and tomorrow? I mean I’m a huge fan but even I can’t take them!

What a weird bunch this year. Love Nelly though - she seems really genuine.

I generally can't get passed the super flashy white teeth and tight smooth botoxed foreheads though.

I think the scariest one is the midwife (Grace?). I think she would stab her husband in his sleep if he breathed in a non-feminist sort of way.

Fingers crossed for Nelly and whoever her man is (forgotten his name!) Dean is a strange one. I think he’s quite good looking and Sarah not so great looking. However he is so annoying 🤣 and has no insight into that. Don’t think I buy his nice guy act. If he was a dickhead when slim then he’s still one underneath the padding.

I am a day behind (the two hour marathon is a bit much for me AND there was Bake Off) but I like Sarah’s face making.

That Sarah hasn’t buried dean under the patio yet is remarkable, I truly admire her restraint. I also feel like she isnt able to crack a joke of her own or be herself as she’s stuck in ‘please make it stop’ mode.

What did Leigh expect Leah to do with the stone, whilst wearing a wedding dress?

As someone who needs a lot of alone time, even I wouldn’t push for it on my wedding night. And it wouldn’t be the first boundary out my mouth before we’ve covered what’s your favourite potato or tv show.

That said my need for alone time is one of the main reasons I don’t do relationships.

Im with Grace on the crap Ashley is spouting, complimenting a woman’s virtue is weird. And the Barbie shite just puts him in the bin.
