70 years of ITV

I’ve just spotted that ITVx have loaded hundreds of vintage programmes, sorted by decade, to celebrate 70 years of ITV.

Oh my word. There are some shockers on there (Robin’s Nest - the casual racism had my mouth hanging open) but also some absolute crackers like The Naked Civil Servant, Brideshead Revisited, and Jesus of Nazareth, should that be your bag.

I have been wallowing happily in nostalgia, and the utter beauty that was Robert Powell.

Anyone else?
