I'll give them credit, they managed to keep Mack surviving a secret. I hadn't seen any spoilers, and Facebook always seems to think I want spoilers. I honestly thought when he injected himself that would be it (although even that might be too bleak for Emmerdale).

Why did Moira run off and leave her 'dying' brother? I'm sure Cain would have been fine and she didn't know Mack was going to wake up.

I felt the episode was rushed ,, although I get Moira going off to find Cain as he’s unpredictable. Plus I guess they wanted the last scene to be Mack and Charity ,, who knows

The reactions to the reveal were really disappointing. The whole thing fell flat.

Agree the reveal to the John Fan Club did feel flat. Even Cain was very quiet and calm. I'm guessing they were supposed to be portraying all being in complete shock that they've been taken in by John's lies. Perhaps the anger will appear tonight or next week 🤷🏻‍♀️

Victoria's apology to Robert was shockingly bad. Will be interesting to see how everyone reacts to Robert now. The only person (other than an initially suspicious Mackenzie) to ever see through St John.
