I’m only half way through so will come back when I’ve watched so I don’t read any spoilers but feel like I’ll need somewhere to discuss when I’m finished.

Also, have your teens (13+) watched it?

I'm watching now. These are my random thoughts (spoilers!):

1. What is up with the mom's teeth?
2. Those messages were disgusting! Sending that to your kid, and saying those things about another kid?!
3. The poor husband. She's crazy, she's lying about working, he was just blindsided.

I wish I didn’t know the twist before I started watching it.
apparently the daughter and husband had already figured it out before the police came, hence the lack of reaction which I thought was a bit weird.

So I’m back, having just finished it.

Firstly, like WTF! How could you say that stuff to any child let alone your own.

I found the Dad’s response a bit weird, seemed more interested in the work lies then hugging his daughter (not suggesting he
knew or anything).

Mum clearly still in denial about what she did and caused. Really hope Lauryn is getting some proper help to process everything.

Also why did no one question the obsessed and explicit messages regarding the boy? like, is the mum a p*ado? wtf!!!!!

Yes I think she is in some perspective. She has some weird obsession and strange thoughts regarding children.
