Virgin River (series 6)

I've watched all of the series in the past. Never loved it but it was... okish, just about.

I'm watching series 6. What. A. Load. Of. Pap.

Is it just me?

I was disappointed with series 7 after enjoying the others. I agree with the OP and was very uncomfortable with the adoption storyline, and I nearly stopped watching as soon as that started.
I also did not like all the kissing etc. They did not do that in previous series and there's no need for it. The honeymoon story was pointless. Surely a long married elderly couple like the Doc and Hope would not behave like that.
I think I might give series 8 a miss when it airs.
